How to Enable Safe Mode

If Groundhogg is crashing, throwing errors, or acting buggy, Safe Mode is an easy way to troubleshoot. It temporarily disables all non-Groundhogg plugins, helping you pinpoint conflicts with other tools. Here’s how to use it.

Why Use Safe Mode?
Sometimes, other plugins don’t play nice with Groundhogg, causing unexpected issues. Safe Mode lets you isolate the problem quickly without guesswork.

Steps to Enable Safe Mode

  1. Log into your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Groundhogg > Tools > System Info & Debug > Safe Mode.
  3. Click to enable Safe Mode—it’ll disable all plugins except Groundhogg’s core ones instantly.

Finding the Issue

  • With Safe Mode on, check if the problem persists.
  • If it’s still there: The issue might be with Groundhogg itself—reach out to our support team for help.
  • If it’s gone: Re-enable your plugins one by one. When the issue returns, you’ve found the culprit!

Once you’ve identified the problem plugin, disable Safe Mode (back in the same menu) and deactivate that plugin.
