Action: Delay Timer

This action allows you to set a specific amount of time before the next step in a funnel is triggered. You are also allowed to choose how the next step runs in relation to the amount of delay.

What you want to do, is add the Delay Timer action to the funnel, by dragging it from the right-hand side over to the list of steps.

Select the Delay Timer action, you will be presented with some setting options. 

• Wait at least...: - Enter a numeric value and select time value( Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, Years, No delay )
• Then run on...: Select ( Any day, Weekday, Weekend, Day of week, Day of month )
• Then run at...: Select (Any time, Specific time). If specific, enter time.

Make sure to hit save after completing the settings.

The time of day modification modifies the time of the day after the delay calculation.

For example: Wait at least 1 day then run at 12:00 PM.

If the time the contact started the delay timer was Monday at 4:00 PM, the wait at least one day would modify the time to Tuesday at 4:00 PM.

Then the 12:00 PM time of day modification will modify the time to Tuesday at 12:00 PM

Most people equate "Wait at least 1 day" to "Wait until the next day."

The same can be said for "Wait at least 6 days" is really "Wait until the 6th day."
