Contact Activity

You can keep track of the contact's activities.

What are activities?

The "Activity" tab provides a log of events that occur for this contact. Events like:

  • Logged In / Logged Out

  • Page Visits

  • Emails(opened)

  • Timers

  • Funnels Pending / Completed
  • Web Form Submissions

  • Tags

  • Notes

  • Tasks

  • Broadcasts

  • Imports

  • Unsubscribe

You can order this log by selecting the "Order by" dropdown and selecting either "Newest first" or "Oldest first". The log also can be filtered by "All Activity", "Funnel Activity", "Email Activity", and "Web Activity". There is also a refresh icon, reload the log.

* By default, the Activity Tab is displayed when visiting a contact. This can be set per User?

  • Visit the WordPress dashboard > Users and Select user
  • Scroll to the Groundhogg section > Default Contact Tab, and from the drop-down select which tab(Activity, Notes, Tasks, Files) you want to be displayed for this specific user 
  • [ Update Profile ]

When hovering over a funnel event in the log, three dots will be displayed to the right with the options to "Run Now" or "Cancel" the funnel. 

In the Activity log, there are icons and colors
  • Orange is a funnel benchmark
  • Green is a funnel action
  • Blue is a general activity (Logged In, Logged Out, Form filled, SMS sent, Import, etc.)
  • Black is a page visit

Can I change the colors of the icons? Yes, using CSS.
