Guide to selecting and sending an email to unengaged contacts

1. Go to Groundhogg > Broadcasts
   

   

2. Click [ Schedule a broadcast ]
   

   

3. Select an email
   
4. Click [ Campaigns -> ]
   

   

5. Add a Campaign or click [ Schedule -> ]
   

   

6. Set the schedule
   

   

7. Click [ Contacts - > ]
   

   

8. Click the "+" under Include to Add a filter
   

   

9. Select the Was Inactive At any time and the "✓" to apply
