Why are Tracking (and Other) Links Not Working?

If you have just installed Groundhogg and have sent a few emails, you may have noticed that your tracking links may be leading to a page not found (also known as a 404 page, that says the page can't be found). If that's the case, here is a quick and easy fix.

Step 1

Go to your permalink settings. Located under Admin > Settings > Permalinks.

Step 2

Ensure that your permalinks are NOT set to "Plain." You can set them to anything else.

Step 3

Re-save your permalinks, even if you did not make any changes.

Once you've saved your permalinks, your tracking links should now be working!
