Why are Tracking (and Other) Links Not Working?
If you have just installed Groundhogg and have sent a few emails, you may have noticed that your tracking links may be leading to a page not found (also known as a 404 page, that says the page can't be found). Or you may get an error of "No route was found matching the URL and request method" when trying to see the extensions list. If that's the case, here is a quick and easy fix.
Step 1
Go to your permalink settings. Located under Admin > Settings > Permalinks.
Step 2
Ensure that your permalinks are NOT set to "Plain." You can set them to anything else.
Step 3
Re-save your permalinks, even if you did not make any changes.
Once you've saved your permalinks, your tracking links should now be working!
