Contact Columns

When you visit Groundhogg > Contacts you will be presented with a list of Contacts. This list view can be customized to your liking. 

Selecting what columns to display

Managing columns can become cumbersome, especially if you have numerous custom fields or multiple integrations set up. To streamline this process, navigate to the list view and locate the [Screen Options] button in the top right corner of the WordPress dashboard. Clicking on it will reveal a list of checkboxes corresponding to column names, along with preset buttons. The Column Preset Buttons provide a convenient way to toggle groups of columns on and off quickly.

Currently, the available presets include custom fields, organized by property group, as well as the default columns.

Sorting the columns

When you access the list, it displays the most recent Contacts at the top, organized in descending order based on the sorting criteria. To change the sorting order to ascending, you can click on the double arrows located next to the column name. However, please note that this change is not retained, and the list will revert to its default descending order the next time it's accessed.
