Fixed segment and Dynamic segment.

Broadcasts have two scheduling options: Fixed and Dynamic. By default, Fixed Segment is selected, which means the broadcast is sent only to the contacts currently in the selected segment. If scheduled in advance, new contacts won't receive it. However, with Dynamic Segment, any contacts added later will also receive the broadcast.



  • Fixed Segment: Contacts currently within the segment.
  • Dynamic Segment: Contacts within the segment at the time of sending.
