Saved Replies

You can compose and send an email directly from the Contact record. In the email editor, you also have the option to use a saved reply.

Click the Saved Replies icon to open a window where you can 'Search...', 'Manage saved replies,' or choose an existing reply.

Add a Saved Reply

Click on the [ New Saved Reply ] button

Give the Saved Reply a name and enter the content you would like using the available tools (The email editor has Bold, Italic, Unordered list, Ordered list, Left justified, Center justified, Right Justified, Link, Media, Replacement Codes)

Click the [ Create Saved Reply ] to save. 

A window will appear with a list of the Saved Replies. You will also see a pencil and trash icon allowing you to edit or delete the saved reply.
