Signed Contracts: Introduction
Groundhogg Signed Contracts is an alternative to expensive digital signing platforms like DocuSign. Using this add-on your customers can sign digital contracts directly from your website.
You can download the Groundhogg Signed Contract add-on from the Groundhogg website, or get it as part of the plus plan (or above) and install it on your website. Once you successfully integrated Signed Contracts, you will be able to see a new menu under the Groundhogg tab named Contracts.
Managing Contracts
You can access your contracts from the contract menu inside the Groundhogg tab. Here, you can view all the contracts created, add new contacts and view/print contracts signed by your customers.
To add new contracts for your customer click on the add new button. It will open a new page where you can enter c
You can also edit an existing contract by clicking on their names.
Once your contract is ready click on save. It will generate a shortcode for your contract. You can copy the newly generated shortcode for your contract and paste it onto your website.
Contracts can only be viewed those who have an active tracking cookie or those who are logged in to your website.
If you want to view all the signed contracts by your customers, you can view them by clicking on Signed Contracts. The contract owner can view and print contracts as needed.
Signing Contracts
Once you add the shortcode on your page it will display the contract to your users. If your contract contains replacement code then
Your contracts contain a sign panel that users can use to sign using various input devices like mouse or touch screen.
Once a customer has successfully signed the contract it will redirect them to the success page where they can view their signed contract.
From the success page, users can print their contact if needed.
