LearnDash Integration: Introduction

LearnDash is a top-tier LMS plugin that allows you to turn your WordPress website into a learning portal for your customers.

With the Groundhogg LearnDash integration, you'll be able to use events in LearnDash to start funnels and segment your customers so you can supercharge your online education business.

All features:

Start or stop a funnel when a student completes a Course

When editing a funnel you will find a new LearnDash Action benchmark which can be placed at any point in the funnel.

To configure the benchmark add it to your funnel and select whether it should run when a student enrolls in a course or when a student completes a course.

Then select which course the benchmark should apply to.

Start or stop a funnel when a student completes a Lesson

To start or stop a funnel when a lesson is completed works the same way.  Add the LearnDash Action benchmark to your funnel.

Select Lesson Completed from the action dropdown and which course and lesson the benchmark should apply to.

Add or remove tags when a student starts a Course

In the LearnDash course editor, you will find a new options panel labeled Groundhogg Integration. 

The first section is for when a student starts a course. You can choose which tags should be added to the contact and which should be removed.

Update the course to save your changes and the tags will be automatically applied or removed.

Add or remove tags when a student completes a Course

In the same panel as adding or removing tags when a student starts a course is where you can find the options for when the student completes the course.

Select the tags you want to add/removed when the course is completed and update the course to save your changes.

Add or remove tags when a student completes a Lesson

Very similar to the course settings, when editing a lesson there will be a new panel labeled Groundhogg Integration where you can specify which tags should be added or removed when the lesson is complete.

Add or remove tags when a student completes a Quiz

When editing a quiz, find the Groundhogg Integration panel on the right and select which tags should be added or removed the quiz is completed.

View student LearnDash details in the contact record

At any time you can pull up a student's contact record and view their LearnDash history in the LearnDash details info card on the right side of the contact record.
