Step 1: Find and Copy the [gh_form] Shortcode

• Click the "Web Form" benchmark in your funnel to open its settings.
• Locate the [gh_form] shortcode under the Embed options on the right of the form fields and copy it to your clipboard.

Step 2: Embed Your Form
