Meta Conversions API Integration: Introduction
With Groundhogg’s Meta Conversions API Integration, you can send conversion events directly from your funnels to Meta (Facebook) for better tracking, optimization, and retargeting. Follow these steps to set up the integration.
Settings
- Pixel ID
- Access Token
- Open Meta Business Suite and go to Events Manager.
- Select your Pixel or create a new one if needed.
- Go to Settings and find the Conversions API section.
- Generate an Access Token and copy it.
- Paste the Pixel ID and Access Token into Groundhogg → Settings → Integrations → Meta Conversions API
Meta Conversion Action
Add the Meta Conversion Action by dragging it into the Funnel Flow
- Event: Select event type( Add Payment Info, Add to Cart, Add to Wish List, Complete Registration, Contact, Customize Product, Donate, Find Location, Initiate Checkout, Lead, Purchase, Schedule, Search, Start Trial, Submit Application, Subscribe, View Content }
- Value: Select the currency country (Optional)
By integrating Groundhogg directly with the Meta Conversions API, you can improve your ad attribution and ensure accurate conversion tracking for better campaign performance.
