Breakdance Forms Integration

Breakdance is a premium WordPress theme, and visual builder with 130+ built-in elements and deep WooCommerce integration. The Breakdance “Form Builder” block allows the building and placement of forms on any page built with Kadence. The form block lets you build custom forms, the data in these forms can be added to contacts in Groundhogg. 

Requirements: Groundhogg, Breakdance

  1. Create a funnel - Groundhogg > Funnels [ Add New ]
  2. Click the [ Start from scratch ] button
  3. Name the funnel "Breakdance Form Funnel"
  4. Click [ Benchmarks ], Drag the Webhook Listener into the funnel
  5. Set funnel "Active" and [ Update ]
  6. Copy the Listener URL to your clipboard
  7. Create a Page, name it, and click [ Edit in Breakdance ]
  8. Click [ Add ] to bring up the list of available elements. In the search type "Form"
  9. Click the [ Form Builder ], and make any changes you want to the form.
  10. Scroll to the "Actions" section, select under "Actions After Submission" the Webhook 
  11. Under "Actions After Submission", edit the Webhook settings by clicking on the pencil/paper icon
  12. Enter the Webhook Listener URL
  13. Setup the Field Map, click the [ Add data ] button give the field a name, and click the "+" to assign the value. Do this for each field. Close and [ Save ]
  14. Close the Breakdance editor by clicking on the "X" and choosing "Exit to Frontend". This will take you to the form. Submit a test. 
  15. Return to your "Breakdance Form funnel", you will see your test in the Webhook Listener Request. 
  16. [ Map Request Fields ] and map each field to Groundhogg fields, [ Update ]

Congratulations! Your Breakdance form is now seamlessly linked with Groundhogg. With this enhanced funnel, you can effortlessly implement more marketing automation strategies, such as nurturing campaigns, weekly newsletters, and even birthday celebrations.
