Sales Pipeline: Filters

Groundhogg's Sales Pipeline provides filters to allow you to filter based on:

• Deal Value
• Close Probability
• Deal Owner
• Projected Close Date
• Date Closed
• Date Created

*You can use these filters together in combination

Deal Value

1. Select Deal Value is (Equals, Not equals, Less than, Less than or equal to, Greater than, Greater than or equal to )
2. Enter a value
3. Select a pipeline or leave blank for any pipeline
4. Select a stage or leave blank for any stage
5. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
6. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Example:

Close Probability

1. Select Close Probability is (Equals, Not equals, Less than, Less than or equal to, Greater than, Greater than or equal to )
2. Enter a value
3. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
4. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Example:

Deal Owner

1. Select (Is one of, Is not one of)
2. Select wner(s)
3. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
4. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Example:

Projected Close Date

1. Select a pipeline or leave blank for any pipeline
2. Select a stage or leave blank for any stag
3. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
4. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Date Closed

1. Select Won or Lost
2. Select a pipeline or leave blank for any pipeline
3. Select a time frame (At any time, Today, This week, Last week, This Month, Last Month,  This Year, In the last 24 hours, In the last 7 days, In the last 14 days,  In the last 30 days, In the last 60 days, In the last 90 days, In the last 365 days, In the last X days, Before, After, Between, Tomorrow, In the next 24 hours, In the next  7 days, In the next 14 days,  In the next 30 days, In the next 60 days, In the next 90 days, In the next 365 days, In the next X days)
4. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
5. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Date Created

1. Select a pipeline or leave blank for any pipeline
2. Select a time frame (At any time, Today, This week,  Last week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, In the last 24 hours, In the last 7 days, In the last 14 days,  In the last 30 days, In the last 60 days, In the last 90 days, In the last 365 days, In the last X days, Before, After, Between, Tomorrow, In the next 24 hours, In the next  7 days, In the next 14 days,  In the next 30 days, In the next 60 days, In the next 90 days, In the next 365 days, In the next X days
