Connect Kiteforms Forms to Groundhogg

Requirements:
Before proceeding, ensure you have the following:

• Groundhogg plugin
• Groundhogg Advance Features Extension
• Kiteform Account

Step 1: Create a flow in Groundhogg

1. Create a funnel - Groundhogg > Flows [ Add New ]
2. Click the [ Start from scratch ] button
3. Name the flow "Kiteform Form flow" [ Save ]
4. Click ( + ), and select the Webhook Listener trigger
5. Set flow "Active" and [ Save ]
6. Copy the Listener URL to your clipboardVisit the Kiteform dashboard. Click the [ + Create Form ] buttonGive the form a name, and select either start from scratch or use AI. 
   
   Customize the form to your liking and [ Generate ]

Adding a Webhook

1. Publish your form and navigate to the Integrations tab.
   
2. Click Connect to Webhooks.
3. Enter the URL you copied from the Webhook listener. [ Connect ]

Endpoint URL Requirements:

• Must handle POST requests with a JSON payload.
• Should return a successful status code (2XX) within 10 seconds.

Fill in the fields and submit the form. Visit the Kiteform flow > Webhook Listener in Groundhogg and click the [ Map Request Fields ][ Save changes ] and then [ Update ] the flow. Complete one more form test to see the Contact is added to Groundhogg.
