BuddyBoss Integration: Tracking link compatibility

What to do if your preference link is not working as expected!

If you have the following instances activated inside of your WordPress site your members may have a hard time getting to their preferences: 

• BuddyBoss is active
• Groundhogg is active
• Site Access is hidden by BuddyBoss Settings. 

If you are unsure of what your settings with BuddBoss are or where to find this setting option then go to:

• https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-settings
• make sure to change "yoursite.com" to your domain url

A domain whose privacy setting box looks like the image below does not restrict access to content by using the BuddyBoss plugin settings and therefore should have no issues. 

A domain whose privacy setting box looks like the image below does restrict access to content by using the BuddyBoss plugin settings and needs to add the Groundhogg assets to be seen without logging in. 

Please add /gh/ to the Public Content box

By adding the following your members are now directed to their preference page as opposed to the log-in page.
