Event Log

In the Events log, you have the flexibility to sort your events. You can sort them as Waiting, Paused, In Progress, Complete, Skipped, Cancelled or Failed.

When reviewing the log, in the list view you will see the Contact, Funnel, Step, and Time. When hovering over the event you will see additional links:

• Contact - Run now, Cancel, View Contact
• Funnel - Edit Funnel
• Step - Edit step

Run now and cancel are also available under Bulk Actions, click the checkbox next to Subject to select all on the page or click the checkbox on specific emails. Select [ Bulk actions ] and apply.

Logs
( Will complete, Broadcast, Funnel, Contacts )

Will complete

1. Select a time frame (At any time, Today, This week, This Month, This Year, In the last 24 hours, In the last 7 days, In the last 30 days, In the last 60 days, In the last 90 days, In the last 365 days, Before, After, Between)
2. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
3. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Broadcast

1. Select/Search for a Broadcast
2. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
3. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Funnel

1. Select/Search for a Broadcast
2. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
3. Click the trash can to remove the filter

Contacts

1. Select/Search for a Contact
2. Click the ✓ to apply the filter
3. Click the trash can to remove the filter

*You can use these filters together in combination "AND", "OR".
