Actions

Sales Pipeline currently comes with two actions:

Create Deal

When the Create Deal actions are used as a step in a funnel a deal will be created with the following settings:

  • Name for this deal... (If left empty the contact's name will be used) - Replacement codes can be used
  • Pipeline to add the deal to... Select the Pipeline and Stage
  • Assign this deal to... Select the Contact Owner - Assigning a deal owner will also change the contact's owner.
  • This deal should close... (Within a time period, number of (Days, Weeks, Months)) or By a specific date (Date, custom field, Replacement Codes)
  • The chance this deal will close? - Enter a percentage
  • Select a priority... (High, Medium, Low)
  • What products should be added to the deal? - Click the "+" and enter the Product name, Price and quantity. Click the [ X ] to delete a product. 
  • Notes to add to the deal... Use the WYSIWYG editor to add notes to the deal. 

Move Deal

When the Move Deal actions are used as a step in a funnel a deal will be moved with the following settings:

  • Which stage should the deal be moved to? Select the Pipeline and Stage
    All active deals in the selected pipeline related to the current contact will be moved.
