Sales Pipeline: Actions
Actions
Sales Pipeline currently comes with two actions:
Create Deal
When the Create Deal actions are used as a step in a funnel a deal will be created with the following settings:
- Name for this deal... (If left empty the contact's name will be used) - Replacement codes can be used
- Pipeline to add the deal to... Select the Pipeline and Stage
- Assign this deal to... Select the Contact Owner - Assigning a deal owner will also change the contact's owner.
- This deal should close... (Within a time period, number of (Days, Weeks, Months)) or By a specific date (Date, custom field, Replacement Codes)
- The chance this deal will close? - Enter a percentage
- Select a priority... (High, Medium, Low)
- What products should be added to the deal? - Click the "+" and enter the Product name, Price and quantity. Click the [ X ] to delete a product.
- Notes to add to the deal... Use the WYSIWYG editor to add notes to the deal.
Move Deal
When the Move Deal actions are used as a step in a funnel a deal will be moved with the following settings:
- Which stage should the deal be moved to? Select the Pipeline and Stage
All active deals in the selected pipeline related to the current contact will be moved.
