Create an account on cron-job.org to start the process.
Once you’ve created an account, go through their email confirmation process and log in.
Add cron-job settings
Add the settings for the cron-job by following the image below.

Whitelist cron-job.org IP addresses
Some hosts may block traffic from cron-job.org or perceive the consistent requests as an attack. To prevent this you should ask your host to whitelist the following IP addresses.

- 116.203.134.67
- 116.203.129.16
- 23.88.105.37
