HelpScout Integration: Setup contact record siderbar widget
You can display the Groundhogg contact record in HelpScout tickets in just a few steps using the Groundhogg HelpScout Integration.
Open Apps under the HelpScout Manage menu.
Search for Build Custom App and open the it.
Click Create App.
In the Groundhogg HelpScout Settings copy the secret key and Sidebar callback URL.
Change the Content Type to "Dynamic Content" and then paste the secret key and callback URL into the respective fields in the custom app settings.
Then select which mailboxes you'd like the widget to display in.
When you're all done, you'll be able to see the contact record in your HelpScout sidebar.
