Advanced Features: Introduction to the Advance Timer
The advanced timer is available in the basic plan or above.
What does the advance timer do?
The advanced timer allows you to set a time limit between actions. It allows you to use common language as opposed to defined dates.
Important Notes
The Advanced Timer stores time in UTC or UTC-0, by default. It uses strtotime function to call the time.
The Advanced Timer does not consider the time you have set in your local WordPress install, found under the general settings time. This means that if you have your WP time set to CST, it is not going to affect the time being set in the Advance Timer.
This is a great tool to help you find your timezone and do the converting.
Common Speak Time Settings
The Advanced Time will accept the following types of settings. It is worth noting that you can see the time the funnel will run next after you save the new date. Use this to check your date/time calculations.
- Day of the Week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Days of the Week with Time
- Friday 6:00 PM
- Fri 6:00 am
- Time
- 2:00 PM (am)
- Note that this will send out daily
- Time Frame
- Today
- Yesterday
- Next Week
- This will run seven days from the time you create the funnel
- First Friday
- this actually means the first Friday from the time you saved the funnel
- If you have a month with five weeks, and you are expecting your funnel to run on the First Friday and such, your dates will be thrown off.
I am in CST so I set my expectations to run in CST.

Conditional Logic
