Booking Calendar: Change appointment length

With the Groundhogg booking calendar you can change the length of the appointment from the default 1 hour, to as short as 1 minute and as long as 23 hours and 59 minutes.

First you need to install the booking calendar extension (which is available in the Plus plan or above). Then you need to create a calendar.

Once that calendar is created and you see it in the list of calendar’s, you want to click edit underneath the calendar you want to change the appointment length for.

On the settings page, which is the one you will be on if you don’t go elsewhere, scroll down to under Appointment Settings.

Under length of appointment you can change the hours and minutes as you see fit. In this example, we are going to change the length from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

We are putting the hours as 2, and changing the minutes to 0.

Once you have selected the right length of time, go to the very bottom and click save changes.

If you want to change the length of appointment on another calendar you will need to go and edit that calendar.
