Groundhogg's dashboard offers a highly intuitive, user-friendly interface designed to give users quick access to essential tools and insights. The dashboard features a range of helpful widgets, each tailored to improve your workflow and overall experience.

The dashboard welcome banner greats the logged-in Contact along with a Quick Actions dropdown menu and a verticle ellipsis(three dots).

  • This Month \ Today 
  • New contacts - Displays the number of new contacts with a link to a filtered list of these contacts / and an arrow in color of increase or decrease in percentage.
  • Confirmed - The number of Contact's opt-in status changed to "Confirmed".
  • Engaged  - The number of Contacts "was active".
  • Unsubscribed - The number of Contact's opt-in status changed to "Unsubscribed".

Recent subscribers - displays 5 of the most recent contacts who subscribed. Click the contact will link over to the contact record. Displays:

  • Primary Phone & Ext. link
  • Mobile Phone link
  • Work Phone  & Ext. link
  • Tag(s)

Recent Broadcasts

A list of this week's broadcasts and sortable data(Broadcast name - links to Broadcast Report, number of emails sent - links to contacts, opened, links clicked and unsubscribed)

My Tasks

A task management tool that tracks tasks for Contacts, Companies, and Deals*. Displays status labels("overdue", "due today", "due soon", "pending", "complete").

Tasks consists of:

  • Task type icon
  • Task name
  • Contact with profile picture and link to this contact, or Company with link to details, or Deal with link to details.
  • Time label
  • Added by and when
  • Task details
  • Mark complete
  • Verticle ellipsis menu(three dots) - (Snooze*, Edit, Record activity, Delete)
    *Postpones the task deadline by 254 hours
