Broadcast Reporting
Upon selecting the "Broadcasts" tab, a comprehensive list of all existing Broadcasts will be displayed. From this interface, you may generate a detailed report for a specific broadcast by clicking its name, which provides in-depth insights into that workflow’s performance. Alternatively, refine your data by utilizing the date range selector to focus on a specific time period, or leverage the campaign filter option—typically presented as a dropdown menu—to associate broadcast with a particular marketing campaign, thereby narrowing the results for more targeted analysis.

- Opens: The percentage and number of emails opened. Clicking the number links to a filtered list of Contacts(Opened Broadcast).
- Clicks: The percentage and number of contacts who clicked on a link within the email. Clicking the number links to a filtered list of Contacts(Broadcast Link Clicked).
- Unsubs: The percentage and number of contacts who unsubscribed after receiving the email. Clicking the number links to a filtered list of Contacts(Unsubscribed).
- Email Campaign Optimization: Groundhogg’s automation features allow users to adjust their email broadcasts based on these insights. For example, they can replicate the subject line or content of the "Reports Tour" email in future broadcasts, A/B test new subject lines for emails with lower open rates, or segment their audience to reduce unsubscribes.
- Time Efficiency: By presenting key metrics in a sortable table with filtering options, the report saves users time, allowing them to quickly identify top-performing broadcasts, analyze trends, and focus on optimizing their email strategy rather than manually analyzing each broadcast.
Broadcast Stats Report
This report provides a detailed analysis of a specific email broadcast’s performance, focusing on engagement, retention, and link click activity. It includes three main sections: Broadcast Stats showing the distribution of email engagement (Clicked, Opened, Unopened), a Results summary with key metrics (Subject, Date, Sent, Opens, Clicks, Unopened, Unsubscribed), and a Broadcast Link Clicked table listing the links clicked within the email along with their unique and total click counts. The report helps users evaluate the effectiveness of a specific email broadcast, identify which links drove engagement, and optimize future email campaigns based on these insights.

The Broadcast Stats donut chart shows the proportion of contacts who interacted with the email broadcast. Hovering over the colored section will provide the title and totals.
